TRADING POLICY

While the Consumer Guarantee Act and Fair Trading Act provide the basis for www.everdaywarrior.global returns policy, we in fact go above and beyond the expectation of these two statutory laws. If your order arrives and you’ve changed your mind we will happily accept any unopened product as a return and provide you with one of the following options, a store credit or full refund to the value of the product's purchase price, or an exchange to another product. For a product to be returned under our policy, that product must be unused and in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. It's this policy that provides you peace of mind while shopping at www.everdaywarrior.global

 

RESTRICTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

Products sold by Everyday Warrior are considered perishable food items.  As such any return must be made as soon after delivery as possible.

 

CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT 1993

All goods are still guaranteed under the Consumers Guarantees Act. The Consumer Guarantee Act sets out minimum standards for goods sold by Everyday Warrior Nutrition. In the event that goods sold are faulty or damaged, the customer has the right to a replacement or a refund.

 

FAIR TRADING ACT 1986

The Fair Trading Act is designed to protect the customer being misled, either intentionally or unintentionally. This applies to all aspects of the promotion and sale of goods and services including: pricing; where the product was made; where the product is from; the meeting of New Zealand safety standards; availability of products in store and the sales techniques used. The Commerce Commission enforces the Fair Trading Act 1986.

 

PROCEDURES

There are three options available for Everyday Warrior and our customers who would like to return a product.

 

1. Exchange

If a product is unsatisfactory, we can offer to exchange it for another one (i.e. a different size or colour etc) or another product of the same value. Generally proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange, although we may waive this requirement if we believe we have sold the product. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned for exchanged must be unused, in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item.

 

2. Money Back

Our money back guarantee is a key aspect of our business. If a customer has proof that they purchased the goods from our website, they may obtain a refund if the product is unused. A refund will be made in the same tender as the original purchase. Please note, as mentioned above, products returned for money back must be unused, in a resalable condition with packaging intact and all labels etc returned with the item, unless they are found to be faulty or damaged.

 

3. Vouchers

The issuing of voucher provides an alternative to a refund or exchange. These vouchers can be used to purchase anything from the www.everdaywarrior.global online store. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and will not be generated for amounts less than $2.00.

RETURNS POLICY

 

If your order arrives and you’ve changed your mind we will happily accept any unopened product as a return and provide you with one of the following options, a store credit, a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price, or an exchange to another product.
It's extremely simple! All we ask is that you send the item back to us as quickly as possible, unopened, in the original packaging making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it. 

•You must return the product shortly after receiving it (most are consumable so considered food products)

•Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them and in the original box and/or packaging

If your purchase arrives damaged or you feel that there is a fault with the product please discontinue use and contact us as soon as possible Email us at  info@everydaywarrior.global

 

Please choose products and flavours carefully as we cannot accept opened products unless there is a fault with item.  If you would like help with your selection please contact us for advice.

  1. First contact Everyday Warrior via info@everydaywarrior.global

  2. Using a good carton, return package via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice.

  3. Send returns to:

   5.Keep a record of your shipment until you have received your replacement, credit or refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Currently, all New Zealand orders are shipped through CourierPost.

Everyday Warrior ships Free by courier every order anywhere in New Zealand, including all orders to South Island and Rural Delivery addresses.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Please note that we do not;

  • Ship orders overseas,

  • Ship to P.O Box numbers,

  • Ship to ParcelPod (service by New Zealand Post) as they do not accept food or otherwise perishable items. 

 

SHIPPING TIMES

Most orders received by us before 3.30pm NZ Time are shipped the same business day. If you received our order confirmation email Monday - Friday, before 3.30pm NZ Time, your order will be shipped the same day we received it. Please note that a very small number of orders require extra processing time for various reasons. Those will be shipped the following business day.

If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or sold-out, we will attempt to contact you immediately. Kindly understand that a delay may also occur if your credit card was declined or for address verification if your billing address was entered incorrectly.

 

DELIVERY

Everday Warrior offer Fast courier delivery. We pack and ship your order the same day you place it, if before 3.30pm (excluding bank deposit orders), so you get your products faster !!

 

Estimated Delivery times: North Island  24 - 48 hours, South Island 48 - 72 hours.   These time frames are estimates, and are based on indications given to us by our courier service providers. Rural and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time. 

 

All deliveries are now non signature. Rural deliveries can only be tracked as far as to the rural driver.

Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email if you have chosen that option, along with a GST receipt and delivery details.
